Owner, Amber Huttner, ERYT

(Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher)

Amber has been a serious student of yoga for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. Using humor and clear alignment principles Amber teaches with the greatest desire to honor, uplift and support her students on their journey toward reclaiming healthier bodies and radiant hearts.

Amber was certified in 2001 with Anusara Yoga.  Anusara is widely regarded as an outstanding, well-established, highly professional yoga system.  There are a limited number of Anusara certifications awarded.  She is number 39 of only 220 worldwide.  The Anusara certification program is recognized as one of the most comprehensive, technically advanced yoga trainings available.  It is not unusual for the certification process, once begun, to last 4 or more years.

Her teaching experience includes working in studios, country clubs, destination resorts, a world-renowned rehabilitation center as well as fitness facilities.

Prior to her yogic lifestyle change, she held various traditional corporate managerial sales positions.  Graduate of Macalester College, St. Paul, she lives in Deephaven with her husband, Paul, of 23 years and their beautiful 12 year old son, Luke.

Stacy Ruse,  BA, RYT, PHR

Stacy first encountered yoga as a college student in the late 1990’s.  Yoga became a tool in overcoming generalized anxiety and improving athletic performance.  She has been a devoted student ever since; becoming a certified yoga teacher (CYT) in 2003.  Stacy has a strong sports background and loves to balance her classes with strength building, flexibility and breathing techniques to calm the mind, while improving overall health and fitness.  Certified at 7 Centers Teacher’s Training School and working toward certification in Anusara Yoga.  A deep passion for holistic health opened the door for continuous graduate level studies in nutrition, energy medicine and humanistic psychology from both western and eastern point of views.  Her background also includes a B.A. from the University of Colorado-Boulder in Psychology.  One year of an MBA completed as well as a certification in Professional Human Resources.  Over 8 years experience working in HR Management, specializing in conducting world class training programs and providing employee counseling services.

Debbie Haon, RYT, LVCYT
Debbie began taking yoga 6 years ago as a form of exercise for her health. In 2004, after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, yoga became a way of life. She realized that yoga was a healing tool and that pain would disappear while practicing. Wanting to share her discovery with others led her to become certified to teach from the Yoga Center in Minneapolis. Debbie also recently completed the certification for Lakshmi Voelker’s Chair yoga ( LVCYT) so that she can help people who have trouble getting down on the floor to enjoy the many benefits of yoga. She is currently an intern in the Professional Yoga Therapist program (PYT) program and upon completion of the program, will be able to assist people “one on one” and at a group level. Practicing and sharing yoga with others continues to be her life’s passion.
Debbie graduated from the University of Massachuesetts with a B.S. in Communication Disorders.  She lives in Orono with her husband of 17 years and their 16 year old daughter.
